wonderful location very close to main train station, very, very nice staff, everything was perfect. location: the hotel was close enough to most attractions, and florence. easily reached osteria del proconsolo, located relatively close to the property, had lunch/dinner there.

The rooms are cozy, the location is great. The bathroom is clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are KIND.

Loved central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave in the room. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Beautiful location in Florence city centre, very, very nice staff, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was really close to all main sights and grocerystores as well as most attractions. Easily reached Osteria del Proconsolo, located at a moderate distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there...

The hotel was located close to Florence as well as all main sights and grocerystores. The staff were both affable and kind. It was in a central location, close to everything that matters. After long day I visited Il Vivandiere for a couple of drinks.

Favourable and great setting, I had great time.
It became my favorite place to stay in Florence. Everything was perfect and rooms were high standard and beautiful.
